ROG Phone 5 is based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile platform, which brings a series of top features such as 5G technology and artificial intelligence. The 6.78-inch diagonal AMOLED screen, manufactured by Samsung, offers a super-fluid gaming experience, with an ultra-low touch latency, with a refresh rate of 144Hz.

The GameCool 5 cooling system centers the processor and divides the battery into two units of 3000mAh, one located on each side of the processor. This technical solution ensures better heat distribution to all corners of the housing. The redesigned 3D vapor chamber and expanded graphite sheets help to spread heat evenly throughout the device to reduce heat buildup in the middle area.
